What is a hotel management contract?

A hotel management contract is an agreement where MIG Hospitality runs the property for the owner, covering sales, revenue and operations, while the owner keeps the brand and the asset. Owners receive an annual budget, monthly P&L reports and agreed performance targets, usually with a base fee plus an incentive fee.
